Sr AP/AR Representative

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Sr AP/AR Representative at an accredited university in the Jacksonville area. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include processing invoices and procurement cards, logging receipts and check deposits, and coding and submitting end of month reconciliations. Additionally, you'll be involved in processing requisitions for purchase orders for the Physical Facilities department.

1 year financial transaction experience

Processing invoices

Processing requisitions for purchase orders

Logging receipts

EOM reconciliations

Processing check deposits

Proficient with Excel

Knowledge of AP finance systems/databases null
