Raytheon is seeking a Sr. Analyst, scheduling providing direct support to the production floor and report to the Production Control Manager. A successful candidate will operate within multiple shop floor controls and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) related systems to ensure alignment between material position and production requirements. This role will work closely with the factory operations team to ensure all factory and program execution goals are met. The role will own and utilize key performance metrics to maintain system integrity and drive a high level of performance designed to support the customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Provide production floor support including replacement part management, shop floor material staging, Work in Progress (WIP) movement through shared resource areas, completion of units in shop floor and MRP systems, and delivery to next step (inventory or shipment).

• Evaluate all program requirements and coordinate with operations to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer needs.

• Provide status for work in progress, material availability, and potential production hurdles to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.

• Work daily to confirm material supply and demand.

• Process piece part movement to support internal build requirements through subcontractors, internal shared resources, and other Raytheon Technologies facilities.

• Drive process improvements and efficiencies

• This position is an onsite role.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor's and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field.

• Experience in Supply Chain, Production and/or and Planning Control, MRP, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning.

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with MRP, SAP PRISM

• Experience in Material and Inventory Control-type systems such as Kanban, SMI, Continuous Flow Manufacturing

• Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts

• Experience with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook/Teams)

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
