Sr. Accountant

Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this role, you will be tasked with handling various accounting tasks in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

• Management of sales and use tax operations

• Overseeing the accounting of fixed assets, including additions and disposals

• Performing regular account reconciliations

• Preparing and managing audit workpapers

• Overseeing fleet management operations

• Participating in project accounting

• Use of Excel for tasks such as Vlookups and pivot tables

Requirements

• Proficiency in account reconciliation is a must.

• Familiarity with fixed asset accounting is necessary.

• Experience in fleet management is a desirable attribute.

• Proficiency in the use of Pivot Table and VLOOKUP is essential.
