  • Experienced Specialist, Contingent Workforce Management

    The Experienced Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) Specialist is responsible for the execution of full life-cycle contingent workforce recruiting and program management. Serves as the primary point of contact for candidates, vendors, and the business, working closely with the business to execute the sourcing and recruiting approach to achieve demand.

    Work you'll do

    • Plan for and execute contingent worker assignments including validating and distributing job postings.

    • Understand hiring needs and strategic direction of the business with guidance from the Lead Specialist.

    • Responsible for all scheduling processes for applicants including working with the business and vendor to determine timing and coordinating interviews with USI.

    • Coordinate with USI on the maintenance of the contractor lifecycle including onboarding, assignment duration, and offboarding.

    • Consult with the business and advise on work order revisions.

    • Support contingent worker ongoing maintenance which may include invoice updates, access issues, onboarding, Fieldglass work order and SOW revisions. Escalate contractor performance issues to Lead Specialist and vendor, as appropriate.

    • Continuously build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.

    • Leverage guidance from leaders to resolve issues. Receive day-to-day direction and support from the Senior/Lead CWM Specialists.

    • Independently manage contractor requests and inquiries.

    • Advise stakeholders on the protocol required to secure services from our talent channels and ensure compliance.

    • Serve as the main point of contact for the USI team.

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

    The team

    The Contingent Workforce Team is a part of the Talent Acquisition organization. This team is focused on managing the contractor demand and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

    • 2+ years of related experience in contingent workforce, recruiting or recruiting coordination

    • Proficient Microsoft Office skills; Experienced vendor management system (VMS) application skills

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
