Qualifications: Special Education (282) Certification and current CHRC Authorization through State of Maine Department of Education.

Description: MSAD 11 is seeking candidates for a full-time Special Educator in the district's K-5 Autism Program. Experience programming for students on the spectrum is essential. Experience with Special Education case management is preferred. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and communication skills, the ability to work cooperatively, and have strong problem-solving and organizational skills. A background in Differentiated Instruction and Behavioral Interventions is desired. This position supervises a team of Education Technicians.
