Robert Half is partnering with an automotive retail company looking to bring on a Sourcing Specialist for contract to permanent opportunity! They are in their busy season and need a experienced recruiter to hit the ground running. This position is full cycle recruiting. They need someone screening and scheduling interviews for hiring managers and helping to onboard them as well. Looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and easy to get along with! This position is fully onsite in Arlington, TX

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing

• Screening

• coordinating interviews

• on boarding

• Attending job fairs

• leveraging LinkedIn and other job sites

Requirements

Must be a solid communicator / Engaging 1-2 years of recruiting experience
