Overview:
ERP International, LLC ( supporting our DISA customer. This project represents a multi-year effort for IT Modernization and Transformation requiring tested, secure, and hardened software solutions. The ideal candidate should be able to review and analyze test results for integration, regression, performance, and user testing activities.
Job Location: Hybrid, mostly telework but may need to go onsite at Ft. Meade, MD.

Pay Range: $100,000-$130,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, qualifications, skill level, and location. The final salary offer will fall within this range and will be commensurate with the candidate’s background and the specific demands of the role.

Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include:
Good understanding of Black box, functional, integration, system, and regression testing on new and existing functionality (designing and developing regression test cases/test scenarios). Managing and directing system test activities, creating test cases, test scenarios, requirement traceability matrix.
Collaborate with software developers to create a test approach and test cases supporting web service and UI based user stories
Experience developing software tests for functional, performance, and regression testing that include automated, ad-hoc, and manual testing elements. Hands-on experience in automation scripting.
Document and execute manual and automated tests using Microsoft Word, Excel, Katalon, and Zephyr Scale
Cross reference legacy system behavior and test cases with modernized functionality to ensure user expectations are met
Ensure quality improvements through software validation
Ensure configuration and release management of testing data and documentation
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Must have active DoD Security Clearance of Secret or higher
Must have a BS in Computer Science or a related field - plus 4 years of related experience or 10 years of experience in Computer Science in lieu of a degree
At least four (4) years of experience as a QA Tester
Experience testing web-based applications using different browsers
Knowledge of agile methodologies and the software development cycle
Knowledge of Jira and Zephyr
Analytical skills to analyze requirements and design effective test cases
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Manual and Automated testing
