DCI Donor Services (DCIDS) is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us to save lives!! Our mission at DCIDS is to save lives through organ and tissue donation and we want professionals on our team that will embrace this important work!! We are currently searching for a Software Developer. The Software Developer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining web applications and database functionality.

DCI Donor Services operates three organ procurement/tissue recovery organizations: New Mexico Donor Services, Sierra Donor Services, and Tennessee Donor Services. We also maximize the gift of life through the DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank and Tennessee Donor Services Eye Bank.

Key responsibilities this position will perform include:
Creates, develops, and maintains SharePoint sites throughout the organization. Collaborate with business leaders to ensure proper communication on all sites.
Develop and maintain database driven websites. Integrate data from various back-end services.
Develop applications to support business processes.
Design and implement user-driven templates, databases, and interfaces. Ensure proper testing of web applications, units, and systems.
Provide a range of strategies to identify, create, represent, distribute, and enable the use of SharePoint as an effective collaboration tool.
Provide accurate reporting with status reports of site activities and issues.
Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge appropriately and effectively to development of applications and tools.
Field escalated helpdesk requests, enter helpdesk tickets into the system, and resolve tickets as appropriate.
Help with implementation and testing of the applications.
Provide individual and group instruction/training as needed.
Performs additional duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
1-3 years of related experience
Working knowledge and familiarity with at least two of the following program languages:
C#
ASP.NET
SQL (SSMS)
HTML
JavaScript
CSS
C++
Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, is required. Technical skills required include Visual Studio, SQL Server, Web Development, and SharePoint development.
