    Job Summary

    The Social Media Coordinator will manage our online presence. In this role, The Social
    Media Coordinator will oversee our social media platforms, including Facebook,
    Instagram, and Twitter for 4-5 companies. The Social Media Coordinator will also
    conduct market research and develop multi-platform social media marketing campaigns.

    This would be a hybrid position and would require working in Winnebago, NE multiple times a week.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop social media guidelines for our brand
    • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms
    • Attend events and product live social media content
    • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels (i.e.
    Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
    • Maintain a posting calendar
    • Cultivate engagement with our followers and social media users
    • Grow our online brand through a multi-platform campaign
    • Assess our progress with tools like Google Analytics
    • Moderate all platforms for comments, deletions, etc.

    Skills

    • Proficiency with video and phot editing tools, digital media formats etc.
    • Excellent social listening
    • Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in digital content and
    social media space
    • Strong copywriting and copy-editing
    • Top-notch oral verbal communication
    • Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask when required
    • Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • A bachelor’s degree in digital marketing and several years of experience with
    content creation, whether in blogging, graphic design, or videography
    • Direct experience using social media management tools (e.g., hootsuite)
    • Experience with content creation and Search Engine Optimization
    • Familiarity with social media best practices
    • Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills
    • Creativity and technical aptitude
    • Experience with Adobe, Canva or equivalent digital media editing tools
