Social Media Coordinator

Description We are looking for a diligent Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Roswell, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for steering the creative strategy of our marketing communications assets, managing content across various platforms, and developing advertising benchmarks. You will be in charge of maintaining our social media presence, overseeing our website's continuous improvement, and managing external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content calendars for active and new social media platforms, including writing copy and curating visuals for posting.

• Work hand-in-hand with BBQ ambassadors, influencers, and competitive teams to create engaging content promoting our brand on social media.

• Provide regular reports on social media KPIs, trends, metrics, and workflows to track campaign performance, engage consumers, and increase followers.

• Suggest technical and content improvements for the website to enhance SEO, user experience, time-on-site, and retailer lead generation.

• Monitor and maintain web analytics reporting platforms to track and report on KPIs, competitor activity, and trends.

• Regularly update homepage content, new product pages, pack shots, lifestyle images, recipes, and copy.

• Plan and organize product and lifestyle content, including photos, videos, and other digital assets, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and standards.

• Coordinate photo and video shoots for specific deliverables.

• Manage relationships with external agency and vendor partners to ensure content consistency across the retail market for all our brands.

• Oversee the creative strategy and development of marketing communications assets, ensuring messaging and visual consistency across all touchpoints. Requirements - Proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator for creating engaging visual content.

• Experience with Canva to design creative graphics for social media platforms.

• Familiarity with Facebook Insights for tracking user interaction and engagement.

• Knowledge of Google+ and its effective use for business promotion.

• Proven experience in creating and managing Advertisements on various social media platforms.

• Strong understanding of Analytics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

• Demonstrated ability to increase Brand Awareness through innovative social media strategies.

• Experience in Campaign Planning, execution, monitoring, and analysis.

• Proficiency in managing Corporate Social Media accounts across multiple platforms.

• Ability to create compelling Social Media Content that aligns with the brand's voice and goals.
