Snow Maintenance

Our client in the snow removal industry is seeking Snow Removal Equipment Operators and Laborers to join their team. As a Snow Removal Equipment Operator or Laborer, you will be part of the snow removal team supporting all of the communities throughout Lehigh Valley area of PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Snow Removal Equipment Operator or Laborer

Location: Various Lehigh Valley locations in PA

Pay Range: Based on experience

What's the Job?

• Operating snow removal equipment such as plows, snow blowers, and salt spreaders

• Removing snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots

• Assisting with shoveling and manual labor as needed

• Maintaining equipment and reporting any malfunctions or issues

• Working in a team environment to ensure timely and efficient snow removal

What's Needed?

• Candidates with snow removal experience strongly preferred and a minimum of 1 year experience for snow removal equipment operators

• Ability to work in cold and inclement weather conditions

• Have flexibility to work any schedule, on-call, and long shifts

• Reliable transportation to and from work
