    Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is a leader in protective services, specializing in providing security solutions tailored to meet client needs. We are seeking a qualified and experienced leader to fill a Site Lead position for our large Global client site based in Manhattan.

    *2nd Shift Monday through Friday with weekend availability as needed.

    Job Summary

    As a Site Lead, you will provide direction and oversight to Security Officers and Shift Lead Officers at our client's site. This role combines leadership responsibilities with on-site security tasks, ensuring the safety of personnel, visitors, and property. The Site Lead will also work closely with the client and routinely interact with Senior Leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and direct Security Officers

    • Ensure post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and reports are submitted.

    • Assist in training, scheduling, and ensuring adequate coverage of posts.

    • Act as a liaison with clients, providing assurance of security measures and quality service.

    • Prepare and submit reports and address site-specific requirements.

    • Enforce regulations and maintain order during incidents or emergencies.

    Qualifications

    • Must be at least 18 years old.

    • High School Diploma or GED required (must complete GED program within six months if not attained).

    • 1-3 years of leadership experience.

    • Security experience preferred but not required.

    • Reliable communication and transportation.

    • Legal right to work in the U.S.

    • Knowledge of supervisory practices.

    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Ability to adapt to changing environments and site-specific procedures.

    • Proficiency in writing reports and maintaining schedules.

    Physical and Mental Requirements

    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

    • Frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).

    • Flexibility to work in various conditions, including inclement weather.

    Benefits:

    Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a starting salary of $95K-$100, in addition to a full benefits package that includes:
