    The Site Logistics planner roles serve as the direct line of communication between various internal & external functions. Site Organizations impacted will include site 3PL Warehouse Operations, Product Supply, Customer Service & OTM External communications with Regional Carriers. Primary role is to ensure load planning & on time warehouse shipping & final delivery to Mondelez customers. Responsible for overseeing the timely, efficient and effective processing of all outbound orders & intercompany transfer orders.

    How you will contribute

    1. Monitors SAP open orders file looking for SLT orders including a daily projection of open customer orders. Communicates all SLT orders plus the 5-day projection of outbound order volume to Warehouse Operations Team. Highlights all situations that are below or above site volume capacities. Collaborates directly with Customer Service to manage all customer orders.

    2. Drive CFR improvements / opportunities. Responsible for managing site specific CFR by reviewing cuts daily to proactively save CFR. Review open orders for non-confirming items and create negative reservations as required.

    3. Responsible for managing Short Lead Orders (SLT), throughout the business day, by coordinating a meeting & communicating with representatives from Transportation, Warehouse Operations, Site Logistics Planner (SLP) & Customer Service to determine if the SLT order can be processed. Creates manual Delivery notes for SLT orders with proper approval of Site Logistics Planner, Warehouse & Transportation for carrier availability.

    4. Attend daily site operations meeting with Operations, Product Supply & Mondelez Log Ops understanding the sites projected outbound customer & Inter Company Stock Transfers (STO) volumes to determine available warehouse outbound capacity.

    5. Reconcile between SAP & Warehouse Management System (WMS) all orders that Delivery note creation has occurred in SAP. Follow up with 3PL, the status of all missing orders. Continue follow up until all orders have been received in 3PL WMS

    6. Serves as a Primary point of contact for Customer Service Transportation /Customer Pick UP, carrier issues including a) load status b) load changes c) additions /subtractions to orders, dates changes, delivery issues. LCSR is the liaison between 3PL Logistics, Mondelez Distribution, Fulfillment, & Transportation for Short Lead Sales Orders, Capacity Management & Customer Shipping Delays.

    7. Responsible for Order Management at the warehouse level. Collaborates with Customer Service Transportation & the SLP when requested to change orders that are in Delivery Note status in SAP & in ready status in RP. Manages the Cancel Rebook Processes, ensuring changes in RP & SAP have been performed. Ensures Delivery Note is created in SAP & follows up with the warehouse for order visibility in WMS. Includes Export Orders.

    8. Participates in determining if early creation of Delivery Notes is required when Warehouse Operation has labor capacity, Coordinates with SLP to ensure 100% case fill.

    9. Responsible for reporting site warehouse on time shipping, carrier on, time pick up & delivery to customers. Daily communication to Customer Service, site & carrier performance for all outbound customer shipments.

    10. Back- up to the Inbound SLP and for vacation coverage & sickness.
