    Rate: $22.50/hour

    Schedule: Mon-Fri 1500-2300

    Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Lead Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

    Position Requirements:

    • 18 years of age or older

    • High School Diploma or GED Required

    • Punctual

    • Professional verbal / written communication skills

    • Level 3 officer needed

    • Previous security experience required - must have at least 6 months of experience

    • Must have lead experience

    • Must have strong attention to detail for access control

    • Strong computer skills needed and must have good customer service skills

    • Must be comfortable interacting with the public

    All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
