Do you have an ambitious spirit, real passion for winning and professional development? The Grooming organization is hiring a Human Resources Administrator for our Boston Site HR Team. Human Resource Administrators are vital to the success of a smooth operation of the organization and overall employee experience. From Day 1, you will be accountable for being responsible for your own projects, working with teams to generate new ideas and implementing changes; as well as be accountable for results.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage administrative processes and purchasing systems of sitewide HR benefits and initiatives like employee engagement strategy, recognition events, wellbeing resources, and more, to a multiuse campus of ~1,300 employees.

    • Partner with Site Services to ensure facilities are maintained, enhanced, and conducive to employee wellbeing and productivity. Gather employee insight to continuously improve workplace experience.

    • Execute timely and accurate reports using Workday and Excel to update benefits enrollment, headcount reports, email distributions, employee resource groups, and more. Organize site records and reports while maintaining confidentiality and digital retention policies.

    • Process payments, purchase orders, and contracts when procuring goods and services for the site. Carefully track expenses to maintain budget.

    • Coordinate sitewide initiatives such as new hire onboarding, employee family recognition events, holiday events, and more. Serve as a Point of Contact for all employees to answer questions, train and educate, encourage/boost enrollment, and connect employees to new resources.

    • Collaborate with site leadership to ensure campus programming drives employee engagement, builds a culture of trust and inclusion, enhances productivity, and contributes to the growth of the business.

    • Ensure site operations are compliant with employee relations policies, safety and security requirements, digital information security, and PVPs.

    Job Qualifications

    • Individual must be on-site in Boston 3+ days per week.

    • Technical Mastery: Proficiency with IT systems/applications, including (but not limited to) Workday, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.

    • Collaboration and Culture Agent: This role will be an active member of the HR Team and serve as a highly interactive people facing resource to the entire site. Comfortability working with others, problem solving, and relationships building is key to success in this role.

    • Effective Communication: Great interpersonal skills to adapt communication style to different situations and individuals. Highly proficient and efficient written communication.

    • Creativity and Resourcefulness: Ability to plan and execute creative solutions, events, and programming to continuously improve existing systems and engage employees.

    • Familiar with HR Policies: Knowledge of HR systems, confidentiality and employee privacy, and a steward of our PVPs and organizational compliance.

    Starting Pay / Salary Range: $59,400 - $84,900

    Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
