Job Title: Shipping - 12PM Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as an order selector and assist with the shipping of products. This role involves receiving, picking, packing, and labeling products for shipments and logging shipments into our ERP system. Candidates must be comfortable using computers and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work as an order selector and assist with the shipping of products.

• Receive, pick, pack, and label products for shipments.

• Log shipments into the ERP system using computer skills.

Essential Skills

• High School Diploma or GED

• Basic computer skills

• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the entire shift

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to work overtime, including holidays and weekends

• Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse operations, shipping, labeling, pick and pack

• Proficiency with pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order picking

• Reliable with a good work ethic and enthusiastic attitude

Work Environment

The shift runs from 12:00PM to 8:30PM in a brand new, clean, well-lit, and organized facility. The location houses finished products and employs roughly 100 workers across three shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, Minnesota.
