Shipping Coordinator

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join their team. As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be part of the distribution department supporting the warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping Coordinator

Location: Highland, IL

Pay Range: $21.12 per hour

What's the Job?

• Manage shipping and receiving tasks in the distribution area.

• Operate mobile equipment and drive a stand-up lift as required.

• Utilize basic math skills to ensure accurate order processing.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of fall protection equipment.

What's Needed?

• Must reside within the immediate geographical area of Highland, IL (Active Duty Military Service members are exempt).

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Basic computer skills and ability to use scanners.

• Physical ability to lift and move items weighing between 1lb and 50lbs.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or shipping and receiving is preferred.
