  • Our client, a pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and be a great team player which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Technician

    Location: Durham, NC

    Pay Range: $18.56/hour

    What's the Job?

    • Ensure incoming materials meet quality standards by comparing to purchase orders and shipping documents, reporting any shortages or damaged material

    • Prepare receiving reports and enter data into computer system

    • Transport material to production floor or rack location using forklift and/or pallet jacks

    • Conduct cycle counts, process returned materials, and load finished goods for shipment

    • Work closely with production teams to select and issue materials

    What's Needed?

    • HS Diploma or equivalent required

    • Proficient in bar code applications and SAP systems--computer skills are a must!

    • 1+ year of shipping/receiving experience operating a stand up forklift is required

    • Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule as needed to support warehouse operations, including last minute overtime (daily or weekend)

    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
