  • Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a SFMC Admin to join a dynamic team specializing in Marketing Cloud for an employer in Vancouver, BC. This person is expected to build and support current emails and journey development, and shape SFMC strategy, driving implementation efforts, and fostering a culture of marketing excellence. You will be pivotal in guiding the configuration and development of SFMC to deliver exceptional user experiences and optimize solution design. Day to day activities will also include:

    Design and implement business capabilities, collaborating with IT and Data Science teams to automate and integrate data from external systems (Redshift, CDPs, CRMs) for marketing campaigns

    Analyze ad translate functional requirements into technical solutions using AMPScript, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript, ensuring alignment with project specifications

    Lead the transition from current platforms to SFMC, ensuring smooth migration of campaign strategies

    Translate marketing strategies into actionable specifications for SFMC, supporting email, SMS, triggered sends, alerts, and personalization strategies with technical expertise

    Skills and Requirements

    3+ years of experience with SFMC (experience administering & developing)

    At least 1 SFMC certification (ex. Salesforce Certified Email Specialist, Administrator, Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Consultant)

    Proficient in at lease one SFMC programming language: AMPScript, HTML, and CSS, SJSS or JavaScript

    Experience with Automation Studio null
