    Position Overview: Our client is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Service Tech Manager to lead their tech team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and excel at building and strengthening the relationship between customers and the business model. You'll also your IT knowledge and skills in supporting the product and servicing repairs.

    Job Description

    • Lead the team in assisting customers who experience technical issues.

    • Provide support and repairs for computer, printer, and scale hardware.

    • Utilize software support and networking skills.

    • Write basic scripts using Visual Basic.

    • Create and deploy Windows images.

    • Prepare, deploy, and test solutions for customers.

    • Troubleshoot issues remotely with customers.

    • Oversee and support the team in diagnosing and repairing broken printers and computer touch screens.

    • Create and maintain documentation using the ticketing system.

    • Act as an escalation point for more advanced tech issues.

    • Keep accurate, consistent, and organized logs of parts used and work performed on equipment.

    • Maintain inventory of equipment and report on staff performance.

    Qualifications

    • Microsoft and Network certification or training is a plus.

    • Basic computer and networking skills.

    • 1-2 years of management experience.

    • Experience providing remote support and troubleshooting.

    • CompTIA A+ training.

    • Ability to troubleshoot and think under pressure.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize.

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    • Must be available for on-call rotation approximately one weekend every five weeks.
