Service & Solutions Deliverability Leader, Computed Tomography & Advanced Molecular Imaging

Service & Solutions Deliverability (S&SD) Leader, CT&AMI is responsible for high-quality services (maintenance and professional services) value proposition creation, serviceability & deliverability of software, products, service innovation, service documentation & delivery instructions, service & delivery employee education, level 3 support and securing solution delivery requirements as part of solution creation programs.

As a Service & Solutions Deliverability (S&SD) CT/AMI Leader, you will team up with Market Services and Solution delivery leaders for portfolio feedback, performance management, services market introductions and solution delivery readiness. The S&SD Leader is responsible for the Services P&L in the overall Business P&L. Services P&L encompass (1) Lifecycle, (2) Professional Services (Education, IT, Clinical) and (3) Managed Services. The role reports to the CT/AMI Business Leader.

Your role:

• Manage the CT & AMI service business having full P&L end to end responsibility

• Responsible end to end for business segment Advanced Molecular Imaging (AMI)

• Define CT & AMI business model of profitability over the service axis, focus on nurturing IB, quality turnaround, Integral Gross Margin (IGM) focus driven by reliability and remote

• Own the services portfolio for the business, connected to the overall aspirations of the Business

• Own the performance management of the services with focus on revenue recognition, integral gross margin, customer satisfaction, services productivity, resources utilization, SLA, project performance

• Define the requirements for enablers across the end-to-end chain for business services

• Drive the needed market capabilities for business specific services delivering

• Develop and maintain a strategic services plan to meet future requirements and incorporate relevant business trends and needs

• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance within its business services

• Act as thought leader and spokesperson for the Businesses Services and Solution Delivery

• Drive requirements into the product and solution development programs to secure serviceability and solution delivery readiness

• Responsible for business-based delivery operations: technical/remote support (L1/L2), SLA management, implementation, integration and training

• Maintain up to date technical capabilities, and build new capabilities as required (e.g. remote services, cloud services...)

• Ensure cross-functional alignment with other key stakeholders in the end-to-end value chain including general management of businesses as well as functions (e.g. quality and regulatory, finance, R&D, markets...)

• Drive capability- building and talent/leadership development to ensure the efficient operation of the business services function

• Team up with Market Services and Solution delivery leaders for portfolio feedback, performance management, services market introductions and solution delivery readiness

You're the right fit if you have:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in providing services-based solutions to customers in the healthcare industry, including the Services and Solutions Delivery aspects in global and multicultural settings

• Strong business acumen, including CT knowledge(preferred)

• Proven leadership and capability building of large services teams in cross cultural, multi-site setup and matrix organization

• Quality mindset and knowledge of challenges of our customers in healthcare and how we can support our customers deliver through solutions and services

• Insights and experience with technology, business model or customer success transformational change and capability development, ideally

• Emotional Intelligence and thought leadership to influence peers and cross functional teams

• Broad understanding of full range of business challenges and opportunities and internal/external trends in services and solution delivery
