  • This role is focused on developing service delivery plans for new services as part of the Ultrasound Philips Services & Solutions business. You will serve as the main interface to Regions and Corporate partners on detailed designs of service delivery for the building block services that are enabling the future service offerings.

    Your role:

    • Designing the service delivery processes within the standard framework for Ultrasound Services such as:

    • Collaboration Live

    • Fleet Management

    • Document requirements from the prioritized Ultrasound Services Portfolio to ensure compliance with the standard service delivery processes

    • Create Validation plans for User Acceptance Testing with Cross Functional teams from Regions and Centers of Excellence

    • Ensuring improvements to our current service administration and delivery plans as systems and market capabilities mature.

    • Partner with BDM and Finance to ensure reporting and visibility is possible for current and new service offerings.

    You're the right fit if:

    • Knowledge in SAP, SFDC, APTTUS, PSA, ServiceMax and Conga to ensure the creation of delivery processes to support our future tools and enable improved efficiency in the Contract Services Delivery Execution

    • Bachelor's Degree

    • 5+ years of experience with Finance and Contract Operations with SAP, SFDC, APTTUS, PSA, ServiceMax

    • Knowledge/Practice of project management methods (i.e., PMBOK, PMP highly desired)

    • SAP/FinancialForce/Salesforce Operations Analyst experience preferred.

    • Green Belt /PRIDE Problem Solving desired

    Philips Transparency Details

    The base pay range for this position is $94,900 to $175,200. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

    In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.     At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
