North Star American Bistro is looking to add experienced servers, passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing the best guest experience, to join our already seasoned team.

Position Requirements -

• 2+ years of previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Must have availability to work nights and weekends with a start time between 3:30 and 4:00
• Demonstrate consistency in punctuality and reliability
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage, with a commitment to continue learning
• Strong attention to detail to accurately take orders, input them into the POS system, and ensure orders are prepared and served correctly
• Excellent customer service, including strong communications skills, attentiveness to customer needs, and the ability to handle various requests quickly and appropriately

We offer a flexible schedule for full-time and part-time employees.

We also provide a very reasonable closing time of 8:00p M-W and 9:00p Th-Sa and are closed every Sunday and most holidays

Benefits are available for full-time employees (32+ hours per week) after a 90-day probationary period.
