    About the Role:

    The purpose of this position is to manage the Serraview space and occupancy planning tool. This role supports the broader occupancy planning team with technical system expertise, coordinates vendor technical support activities, and maintains all system configurations and integrations to ensure the Serraview tool remains an effective planning and reporting system.

    What You'll Do:

    • Main point of contact and overall ownership of the Serraview space and occupancy planning tool.

    • Maintain and configure existing and new integrations with the Serraview tool and client technology systems such as HR, Security, Calendar, and Sensors.

    • Assist client Business Technology partners with integration testing and reporting in UAT environments.

    • Maintain user security roles and respond to access requests.

    • Maintain accurate floorplans, process requests for updates submitted by regional teams.

    • Troubleshoot general issues & questions reported by real estate and facilities users.

    • Advise users and the regional planning teams on best practices & intended use for the Serraview system.

    • Update users on new features, system enhancements, system outages, and known bugs.

    • Submit tickets to Serraview Customer Support and ensure timely and effective resolution of those tickets.

    • Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reports that combine space management data, attendance, occupancy sensors, and observational study findings.

    • Create and update templates for collecting and analyzing attendance, observational studies, occupancy sensor, and space data.

    • Cross functional collaboration with other service lines and SME functions to ensure consistency of data across platforms and processes; included but not limited to Transactions, Projects, and Regional Space Planning.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    What You'll Need:

    • HS Diploma required, Bachelor's (4-year degree) preferred. 4-6 years prior experience in Data Administration, Facilities Management, Occupancy Planning, Space Planning. AutoCAD drawing experience is preferred. CAFM software experience is required.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

    • Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of Excel Pivots. IWMS/CAFM system super-user capability. Proficiency in Tableau is preferred.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Serraview Administrator position is $95,000 annually [or $45.67 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Serraview Administrator position is $115,000 annually [or $55.29 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
