    Compensation Overview

    The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

    Salary Range

    $91,300.00 - $150,600.00

    What Is the Opportunity?

    This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow Configuration Management (CMDB) principles and practices. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust CMDB and supporting processes to accurately reflect the organization's IT infrastructure.

    What Will You Do?

    • Leverage your expertise in ServiceNow CMDB to design and implement solutions for capturing, storing, and managing configuration data.

    • Partner with stakeholders to define and implement CMDB policies and procedures, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

    • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate CMDB with other IT systems and tools, ensuring data synchronization and automation.

    • Develop and maintain CMDB reports and dashboards to provide critical insights into the IT environment, support informed decision-making, and measure CMDB health through Compliance, Correctness and Completeness metrics.

    • Lead and mentor team members in best practices for CMDB management and utilization.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

    • Five years of experience with ServiceNow preferred.

    • Hands on experience configuring and overseeing ServiceNow discovery.

    • Experience providing technical direction to project teams preferred.

    • Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as Network, Database, Server, Storage etc. preferred.

    • Advanced knowledge of one or more of the following technical skills:

    • Foundational IT Infrastructure

    • Operating Systems

    • Software

    • Knowledge of agile methodologies

    What is a Must Have?

    • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or its equivalent in work experience, required.

    • Three years of experience in Technology required.
