    The Opportunity:

    CACI is seeking an experienced strategic-minded, detail-oriented, and organized Senior Staffing Manager to lead staffing efforts for a newly awarded large Prime effort. As a Senior Staffing Manager, you will manage a small team of staffing coordinators and play a critical role in overseeing the smooth and efficient coordination and execution of the candidate selection process through onboarding. This position requires exceptional organizational and coordination skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to drive our program's success.

    You will interact with senior leadership, program managers, both CACI Talent Acquisition Advisors as well as staffing personnel from our large team of subcontractors

    Responsibilities:

    • Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between subcontractor candidates and CACI hiring managers. Provide all necessary logistical details and support to ensure a seamless interview process.

    • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for CACI's Talent Acquisition team and subcontractor staffing POCs, providing timely and accurate information about the staffing process, opportunities, and the applicant tracking system.

    • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and hiring decisions within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

    • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including coordinating paperwork, orientation schedules, and required training.

    • Administrative Tasks: Assist in managing the program's staffing roster, a critical document used by the program management team, finance, and the government acquisition team.

    • Data Analysis: Compile and analyze data related to staffing metrics, such as time-to-fill, % staffed, and forecasting. Provide regular reports to the program management team to support decision-making.

    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve staffing processes, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • Active TS SCI w/Poly, and the ability and willingness to maintain this clearance or upgrade as necessary while holding this position.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.

    • Proven experience (5+ years) in a staffing coordination role with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

    • Accountable leader skilled in problem solving, adapting, and conflict resolution.

    • Proficiency in using Office 365 apps.

    Desired:

    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.     Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

    The proposed salary range for this position is

    $62,200-$130,600
