In addition, we have identified two focus areas: Marketing and Sales solutions for our customers. We are looking for a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team to drive R&D initiatives across LMS, LSS and partner orgs.

    Successful candidates will have a solid track record of program and project management and will have demonstrated excellent leadership, along with superior organizational and communication skills in leading teams and programs to deliver successful outcomes. In addition, the right candidate will possess superior B2B business strategy sense, product intuition, and technical understanding to fully integrate with product development teams and contribute at any level of depth. This position will report into technical program management leadership within LinkedIn's engineering team.

    Responsibilities

    • Own and manage program and portfolio planning, execution of roadmap, and engineering operations for PSMF and LSS

    • Support multiple cross-functional technical teams to deliver their objectives in fast-paced and complex programs and projects in PSMF and LSS

    • Develop strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives in PSMF and LSS

    • Drive alignments and prioritization across all technology initiatives, manage roadmap for a single consistent view and lead communications

    • Build strategic relationships with key technology and business leaders to ensure program success

    • Provide reporting as necessary on portfolio roadmap, health, status, risks, issues and mitigation plans

    • Create a collaborative work environment that fosters shared understanding, transparency, mastery, autonomy, innovation and continuous learning

    • Coach and mentor others in TPM and Agile best practices

    Basic Qualifications

    • B.S./B.A. Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

    • 7+ years professional experience in an engineering or technical team, managing technical programs/projects

    • 5+ years of experience in Agile Methods through multiple teams (Scrum, Kanban).

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with large Consumer Products and Enterprise initiatives

    • Experience in driving Ads domain programs and initiatives

    • Experience establishing organization-wide processes and communication framework for R&D initiatives

    • 2+ years of hands-on software development experience

    • Experience in a technical project management capacity to drive large technical initiatives including all aspects of process development and execution

    • Knowledge of complex technical ecosystems and technical depth

    • Experience managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs executed through multiple geographic locations

    • Experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams and individual contributors

    • Ability to quickly adapt to faster pace, shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

    The pay range for this role is $160,000 to $262,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
