    Position Overview:

    AsthePrincipalSecurity Analyst,you'llbe responsible forensuring thehighestlevelsofefficacy indetecting and responding to anomalous activity.You'llwork closely with otherteam members in the Security organizationtounderstandthe evolvingthreat landscape,identifypotential gaps in oursecurity posture,as well asrecommendand deploycountermeasuresas necessary.

    Centers of Excellence (COE) are teams whose primary goal is to provideexpertisein a specific field. COEs will usually provide support through training, research, and skilled leaders. In the case ofHealthEdge, our Centers of Excellence incorporate the Human Resources, IT, Legal and Financial fields, all of which provide support to our Product divisions andallowsthe enterprise to move forward and achieve its goals.

    Your Impact :

    • You'llplay a pivotal role inmaintainingHealthEdge'sstrong security postureensuring we have comprehensive visibility of our ecosystem and the ability to rapidly respond to threats.

    • Set the standardfor balancingHealthEdge'stargetability with the right tools and processes to defend us and our customers.

    • Capitalize on Threat Intelligence tomanage our risk.

    • Leverage our Security Incident and Event Managerto incorporate balanced signaling of suspiciousactivity andempower us to respond at the speed of code.

    • Optimizeour investments in defensive toolingto make the whole greater than the sumof its parts.

    • Drive innovation throughout the Security Team, bringingyour ideas to bearwith a strong focus on automation.

    • Maintain astrongpulse on emerging technologyto ensurewe'reinvesting inbest-in-classtooling.

    • Mentor junior analysts and engineers, continuous improvement is critical to the Team's success.

    • Work with our GRC team toefficientlyevidenceour security and privacy controls.

    What Y ou B **ring: **

    • 10+ years of Security Operations Center experience, preferably in a buildercapacity

    • In depth knowledge of Threat Intelligencecapabilities

    • Expert level knowledge of SIEMarchitecturesand best practices

    • Significant experiencewith EDRandIdentify&Access Management telemetry

    • A history of successful mentoringofjuniorteam members

    • A strong understanding of Security Operations engineeringtech stacks

    • Highly skilled at automation, particularlywith quality control

    • Deep Incident Response processexperience

    • Excellence in bridge building and educating the workforce

    • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
