Position Overview:
We are recruiting for a Senior Requirements Consultant who will support the critical functions for mission clients in the Intelligence Community.
Responsibilities:
Elicit and manage requirements from stakeholders
Conduct requirements verification and validation
Develop and use metrics for activities and processes
Support technical writing of requirements and deliverables
Support development of requirements specifications
Develop, implement and use requirements processes
Oversee requirement change control and change notification
Develop Use Cases with customer and user
Evaluate requirements risk
Provide training on requirements processes
Required Qualifications:
Significant experience writing software functional requirements
Demonstrated ability to research desired capabilities to ensure technical and functional requirements capture the complete user need
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required
