    Pay Rate

    The pay rate for this job is $20 / hour

    What you'll be doing as a Senior Quality Technician:

    • Evaluate parts and processes, report non-conformances, and maintain the quality system.

    • Calibrate measurement and test equipment, interpret blueprints, and train other quality processes as needed.

    • Act as main quality contact for customers, corresponding regarding vendors and customer issues.

    • Participates in New Product Development, including Advanced Procut Quality Planning and assembling Product Part Approval Process Documentation.

    • Investigates and documents corrective actions, updating control plans, performing internal audits, and stopping production when quality issues arise.

    • Submission of PPAPs and correction actions, maintaining organizational standards, effective training, task completion, attendance, cooperation, and clear communication.

    • Utilize advanced measuring and testing equipment such as: CMM and Faro Arm with 3D scanning.

    • Interprets blueprints and engineering specifications and meticulously record data. 

    Available shifts

    Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)  *(M-Th; 5a-3p) 

    Job requirements

    • 4-6 years of experience in metal stamping or fabrication environment is preferred.

    • Requires experience in preparing APQP PPAPs to the customers requirements and using GDT (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.)

    • Requires excellent writing, math, and analytical skills.

    • An understanding of fabrication machines, stamping and welding operations are preferred.

    • Physical requirements include the ability to bend, twist, stoop, and reach and lift up to 30lbs.

    • Ability to work on your feet for 8-10hr shifts and complete assigned tasks on schedule

    • Background check and drug test required
