    Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Program Manager (Level M) to join our BGS Government Services Execution team, supporting and integrating with the site MRO programs as well as leading the kitting team. In this role, the focus will be on diligent and prudent business management, customer satisfaction management, strategy development, and oversight of integrated program team (IPT) objectives and priorities, enabling the IPT to meet internal and external performance targets. The teams will be located in San Antonio, TX or Jacksonville, FL . This role will be open to candidates in either location.

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. San Antonio, TX; Jacksonville, FL

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Team with the Integrated Program Team (IPT) comprised of managers and employees from functional teams

    • Establishes and communicates vision and goals, using supply chain best practices, to ensure common direction

    • Conveys organizational messages and proactively communicates with employees, peers (e.g., fellow middle managers), customers, and senior leadership

    • Develops and implements plans to communicate status, performance, issues, and actions. Promotes rapid resolution to issues

    • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports

    • Promotes employee recognition and builds departmental culture that improves employee satisfaction and retains a skilled and motivated workforce.

    • Partners with business development, sales, marketing, and strategy to develop and advance business cases to support continuation of program, projects, or processes

    • Implements strategies to improve open and honest communication within the department.

    • Manages the implementation of projects that drive the supply chain strategy and objectives.

    • Work across all BGS entities to ensure integration of best practices

    The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    Basic Qualifications ( Required Skills / Experience ):

    • Experience leading or managing a team

    • Experience with critical business and financial acumen including risk, issue, and opportunity management to drive performance

    • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners

    • Experience managing an organization across the supply chain

    • Experience leading complex projects

    • Experience taking a team from strategy to actions and implementation of key projects

    Preferred Qualifications ( Desired Skills / Experience ):

    • Experience within the planning , Execution or supplier management organization

    • Program management experience

    • Experience within the commercial and government supply chain organizations

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

    Summary pay range: 153,000 - 221,950.
