We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager- Azure Experimentation to join the team. Microsoft's Experimentation Platform (ExP) is a team within Microsoft's AI Platform team in Azure and we empower product teams across Microsoft to innovate and make data-driven decisions through trustworthy experimentation at scale. This includes many multi-billion-dollar businesses such as Bing, Office, Azure, MS (Microsoft) Teams, MSN, Xbox, Windows, and more. We have been researching, developing, and operating ExP for over 17 years and have most recently evolved our offering into an Azure service. The goal of our Azure stack is to accelerate innovations for key partners across Microsoft by enabling testing of innovative ideas quickly and reliably. This includes: What factors affect the quality of the Bing user experience? What causes users to make their first payment with XBox? The list of needs grows every day especially with the company-wide focus on AI.
In this role you will directly contribute to building Microsoft's experimentation platform, one of the largest A/B testing platforms on the planet. As a part of the Azure ExP team, you will get the opportunity to push the envelope for how data is leveraged and change the way software is built across Microsoft. This includes working with a world-class PM team, collaborating with agile engineering teams and leveraging the statistical expertise of our data scientists.

Responsibilities
What you will do:
Plan/design new experimentation service capabilities and user interfaces
Collect and synthesize customer feedback
Collaborate on product vision, driving projects E2E and developing a detailed roadmap for key initiatives
Drive team and customer alignment and influencing across the organization
Collaborate with engineering to develop a high quality, low cost, and low maintenancecloud-based platform
Analyze experimentation service use and optimizing the experimentation lifecycle
Design features to scale analysis activities
Optimize experimentation quality and processes
Partner withteams such as Xbox, Windows, Visual Studio, Azure, Bing, MS Teams, Microsoft Office 365
Drive projects E2E from idea, design, implementation to go-to-market
Engage with senior leadership in making key business decisions
Mentor others in the team

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
Proven success in product/project management and shipping at high cadence for 5+ years
Experience designing/operating online services, including defining and improving operational/business metrics for 5+ years.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
