    American Express entered the travel agency business in 1915 and today is one of the world's largest luxury travel and lifestyle service networks. The Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) business provides exclusive access, differentiated value, extraordinary service, and unrivaled expertise to premium Card Members seeking leisure or business travel, as well as a variety of lifestyle services. The TLS COE (Center of Excellence) is tasked with uniting the travel and lifestyle benefits and strategic travel partner relationships globally to create structured and focused plans towards advanced Card Member engagement with Amex travel benefits.

    Global Partnerships and Marketing

    Global Strategic Partnerships and Marketing (GPM) within TLS brings together the best travel partners in the world to create unparalleled value and unforgettable experiences across the travel journey - and amplifies this to Card Members wherever they are.

    The analytics team within GPM is a key function that informs strategy through data driven insights, delivers a robust and ongoing view of key trends, and provides reporting and analytical solutions to drive business growth and strengthen partner relationships.

    As the Senior Manager of Partnership Analytics, you will be responsible for leading data analytics and reporting to support external partnerships and product strategy. In this critical role, the incumbent will support the TLS Partnerships team in analytics to evaluate new partners, manage relationships with existing partners and drive partner-funded value for American Express card members. The ideal candidate should be a thought leader helping drive strategy for Amex Travel Partnerships with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop analytics and insights to shape and influence TLS strategic direction, inform key business initiatives and priorities with data driven insights, analyze data to help better understand trends across customer segments, identify key drivers of engagement and loyalty, pinpoint opportunities for growth, assess marketing performance, enhance travel benefits.

    • Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and strategy teams to fully understand priorities and seek input from partners to strengthen deliverables and continue to develop more robust and on-point analytics.

    • Collaborate with a broader team of analysts, providing leadership and coaching in areas such as advanced analytical concepts, effective analytical planning, and strong presentation, distilling, and translating complex and comprehensive analytical results for senior leaders.

    Qualifications

    • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience including extensive experience using data to drive decisions and influencing business strategies. Financial services experiences is a plus.

    • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, engineering, math, science, economics, etc.). Advanced degrees preferred.

    • Strong analytical skills and experience with targeting, segmentation, reporting and measurement, multivariate analysis, and modeling.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and analytics-driven findings to non-technical collaborators.

    • Self-starter. High energy and proactive who works well under pressure and gets results.

    Qualifications

    Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
