Job Description
The Sales Operations Senior Manager will lead a team of experienced Sales Operations Business Partners who are responsible for driving the weekly forecast and pipeline reporting, quarterly business analysis and annual budget, sales compensation and territory planning. In addition, this role will be responsible for overseeing key sales programs and processes focused on growth, sales effectiveness and productivity for North American Consulting Sales.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership and guidance for the Sales Operations Business Partner team establishing overall goals, objectives, and team vision
Build and maintain high-level knowledge across business areas by staying current on initiatives, challenges and opportunities across the business
Work with Sales VPs to ensure accurate forecast with strong deal qualification process
Drive continuous improvement reviews of existing processes and tools to improve efficiency and maximize revenue
Oversee weekly forecast process; assisting management in assessing risk and upside in overall forecast
Oversee annual sales budgeting, territory and quota planning process
Develop key performance metrics and oversees team in providing impactful analysis to Sales VPs on KPIs including budget attainment, bookings growth, forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, deal progression, software attach rate, bookings linearity, and Sales productivity
Recommend revisions to existing reports or assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
Assists management in tracking sales organization objectives and activities ensuring execution in a timely fashion
Partners with management in Finance, Business Operations and Sales Compensation to achieve goals.
Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
