Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Manager, Media Data & Analytics to join the team one of our largest retail clients on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data strategy and operations for media campaigns across multiple channels, including social, connected TV (CTV), programmatic, and traditional media. You will lead data initiatives, establish data frameworks, and develop actionable insights to help our partners achieve their media goals. The ideal candidate will have both deep media expertise and data acumen to spearhead advanced analytics, data products, and operational excellence within the media business.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of experience in media analytics, ad operations, or marketing data management.
Proven experience working within a media, advertising, or MarTech environment.
Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and compliance requirements.
Media Analytics Expertise
Deep understanding of media performance metrics, including CPM, CTR, ROAS, and multi-touch attribution models.
Experience in social media, programmatic advertising, CTV, and cross-channel campaign
measurement.
Data Management & Visualization
Strong skills in tools such as SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and transformation.
Expertise in reporting platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
Understanding of data models and how the design impacts our ability to effectively do measurement
Ad Tech Ecosystem Knowledge
Working knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and CDPs.
Familiarity with platforms like Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk, Meta Ads Manager, and DV360.
Tagging & Data Framework Knowledge
Comfortable working with how data lives and flows across media platforms.
Ability to provide recommendations for effective tagging strategies to track media performance. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus. null
