    As the Director of AI Innovation & E-commerce for Established Products at Sanofi, your role will be pivotal in shaping digital marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical products. Your mission is to lead the transformation of our portfolio by leveraging digital technologies, e-commerce platforms, and artificial intelligence (AI). You'll contribute to our goal of becoming an industry leader through adoption of digital transformation and Agile methodology (e.g. Leveraging data and AI) to accelerate & scale -up new operating models. E-commerce and the AI driven GTN modules will be strategic initiatives for long term success and these innovative approaches will play a key role in the ongoing evolution within GenMeds.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Build self-service e-commerce platforms that streamline the ordering process, reduce manual efforts, and enhance customer experience across targeted products.

    • Be the orchestrator of ecommerce integrated planning & execution driving the cross-functional team, including brand marketing, consumer engagement, media agency, creative agency, etc. to sync all the business levers and business objectives.

    • Identify opportunities within budget plan to realize savings from process optimization, cost reduction, and revenue growth.

    • Optimize marketing efforts to transition customers to e-commerce by targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs) and integrated delivery networks (IDNs) with personalized content.

    • Implement AI-generated order suggestions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

    • Design and build a GTN module that provides a comprehensive view of profitability working transversally with Finance, GTN Coe, Market Access Shared Services, Market Access as project manager for USCC initiative.

    • Deliver MVP products in line with Global ExCom expectations.

    • Consider payer dynamics, trade agreements, channel-specific pricing, and access and affordability programs.

    • Create a surround sound analysis to understand the true financial impact of our products.

    About you

    • Experience :

    • Proven track record in e-commerce strategy development and implementation.

    • Strong understanding of AI applications in marketing and sales.

    • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry dynamics, including GTN calculations.

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

    • Project management expertise.

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science and/or related field (MBA preferred)

    The salary range for this position is $140,625.00 - 187,500.00. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
