Zurich is currently looking for a Senior Mail Specialist to join our Rural Community Insurance Services (RCIS) team. RCIS is one of the leading crop insurance providers in the U.S. RCIS offers insurance protection in all 50 states through a national network of about 3,600 licensed agents. RCIS offers a wide range of private product coverages, including a diverse selection of named-peril options, supplemental and stand-alone insurance products as well as federal crop insurance plans through the United States Department of Agriculture's Risk Management Agency. Together with RCIS agents, we protect America's farmers and ranchers.

The candidate selected for this opportunity should report into the following North American office location: Anoka, MN.

As a Senior Mail Specialist, one will be responsible for a variety of tasks:

• Sorts, inserts, packages, and ships out assigned mail.

• Processes certified and registered mail, ensuring compliance with company and Postal Service requirements.

• Conducts Quality Control inspections to confirm mail specialist results meet quality goals.

• Maintains customer mailing addresses for the Mail Services operations.

• Conducts advanced operation tasks on postage and mailing equipment.

• Performs advanced troubleshooting of equipment mechanical issues.

• Helps manage customer service mail center functions.

• Creation and assembly of Training books for agent and internal training

• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in the Clerical Support areaOR

• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and No prior experience required in the Clerical Support area

Preferred Qualifications

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work in production environment

• General insurance knowledge

• Ability to operate general office equipment

• Microsoft Office skills
