    In the Senior Legal Assistant position, you will provide support, perform legal and business research, and assist attorneys in the Legal Department. Administer other Legal Department tasks as required.

    In this role you will:

    • Prepare, review, and finalize documents.

    • Provide general legal support as required.

    • Analyze and compile information, materials, documents, and reports, needed to assist attorney(s).

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings.

    • Assist with corporate filings, issue, and track paperwork for matters.

    • Handle and organize confidential and/or sensitive company information.

    • Interact with internal and external customers to resolve routine legal issues.

    • Perform legal research and analyses. Prepare and publish Legal Department status reports monthly or as requested.

    • Track department performance metrics, lead, or support project teams.

    • Provide administrative support and subsidiary support as needed.

    • Participate in special projects as required.

    What you bring to the table:

    • Two-year degree. Four-year degree: Business, English or Pre-Law preferred.

    • 1-3 years' experience: legal support. 4-5 years' experience preferred.

    • Paralegal certificate preferred.

    • Knowledge of legal concepts, corporate and employment law

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and related applications

    • Verbal and written communication skills

    • Notary

    • Analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Interpersonal skills

    • Multitasking skills

    • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with diverse internal and external customers

    • Detail-oriented and able prioritize work independently

    • Ability to meet deadlines

    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

    Pay Details:

    The expected rate of pay for this position is $57,208 annually. This position is also bonus eligible, based on specific and relevant business metrics.
