Senior Inside Sales Representative

Our client, a leader in the food industry, is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative to join their team. As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of the sales department supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to build lasting relationships, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

What's the Job?

• Maintain accurate account contact information and program records in the customer management system.

• Respond to customer inquiries about pricing changes and asset transfers, ensuring successful resolutions.

• Handle account requests efficiently, driving results through effective processes.

• Collect information to identify and implement creative solutions for customer issues.

• Conduct proactive sales outreach calls to drive results and meet sales targets.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of experience in account management or customer service.

• Knowledge or experience in the coffee, beverage, or foodservice industry preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to establish and maintain business relationships with customers.

• Proficient in using CRM systems for managing sales opportunities.
