    What You'll Get to Do:

    Aerial Reconnaissance Surveillance Team (ARST) will provide support services to INSCOM 116th Military Intelligence Brigade. Conduct 24/7 intelligence collection operations of multiple organic and Joint intelligence FMV, A-ISR, GEOINT, SIGINT, PED, and Sensor Operations in support of U.S. Army mission requirements.

    Experience/Education Requirements:

    • BA/BS degree,12yearsofintelligenceexperienceincluding3oflast5yearssupportingA-ISRoperations OR

    • HS diploma/GEDAND specialized training with at least 15years' experiencewith 3 of last 5 yearssupportingA-ISRoperations

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    • Active TS/SCI clearance

    • Excellentwritten&oralcommunication,research,andanalyticskills

    • Expertabilitytomanagepersonnel,requirements,andcoordinationofprojects

    • Expertcapabilitiestoresearch,create,develop,anddeliverprofessionalbriefings,multimediapresentations,andwrittenreports

    • Extensiveexperiencesupportingdecisionmakingandspecialprojectsonintegrationissues,including the preparation,production,and coordinationof written products and briefings forseniorstakeholders

    • Experiencewith assessments,enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics, includingthe applicationofmetadatamanagementtechniquesanddatamodelinganddesign

    • Expert knowledgeof Army structureand defense level intelligenceoperations:intelligencecollection,fusion,analysis,production,anddisseminationforintelligencedatabasesandproducts

    • Experience with tradecraft and publication and ability to coordinate and support cross-communitymeetingsandworkinggroups,assimilatelargevolumesofinformation,andindependentlyproduce writtenreports

    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

    • Knowledgeandexperiencewith intelligenceoperationsandinassistingwithdraftingexpertassessmentsacrossoperationsprioritiesonbehalfofthestakeholder

    • Specializedtraining from any intelligence collection and analysis schoolor certificationto includeGEOINTProfessionalCertification (GPC-F, GPC_IA-11,GPC_GA-11,GPC_IS-11)

    • KnowledgeandunderstandingoftheNationalSystemforGEOINT(NSG)

    Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.     The proposed salary range for this position is

    $70,900 - $148,900
