  • The Team You Will Join

    CSA Finance has recently assumed responsibility for Annual Planning for Global Technology (previously performed in GTO). In addition to leading technology's planning process, the team also leads the planning and reporting of GT Strategic Initiatives. This team collaborates closely with all GT CIO areas, Global Technology Enablement, and GTO Finance.

    The Opportunity

    Leadership of the Global Technology Annual Planning Process, including coordination, reporting, analysis and communication of status to Senior Leadership. Establishes and implements processes and methodologies for the to ensure annual planning financials are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high data quality standards and meet customer expectations. Is responsible for participating in detailed design and development of methodologies, processes and standardization of tools as it relates to annual planning. Additionally ensures coordination with plan changes related to Technology Strategic Initiatives.

    How You'll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities):

    • Management of the GT Annual Planning process including communication and coordination across Global Technology, GTO Finance, and Reinvest/C&O Financial teams

    • Maintain strong understanding of the BAU forecasting process, tools, and utilization of data as it pertains to annual planning.

    • Capture and organize complex financial data associated with Annual Planning

    • Headcount plan submission ensuring alignment with capacity planning and GT Strategic Initiative commitments

    • Communicate overall planning timeline/deliverables for BAU, Reinvest, & C&O funding as well as plan adjustments aligned to GT Strategic Initiatives.

    • Coordinate portfolio prioritization, resource management activities and annual planning reporting.

    • Liaison with GT CIO organization, GTE PPM and GTO Finance. Coordinate and report on annual planning progress and accomplishments.

    • Facilitate sharing of best practices and processes through informal communication channels and/or formal training sessions.

    • Participate and provide input to decisions regarding annual planning governance, process, best practices and tool utilization.

    What You Bring (Required Qualifications)

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

    • 10 or more years' experience in finance planning and analyisis, demonstrating progressive leadership; IT experience and people management a plus

    • Advanced Excel skills along with strong financial systems and business application knowledge

    • Excellent data organization, detailed analytical and interpretation skills

    • Adept at juggling competing priorities, delivering on time results, honoring commitments, and demonstrating ownership / accountability for financial performance

    • Strong analytical skill, attention to detail as well as simplifying data for data-driven decision making. Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and proactive approach to deliverables

    • Strong relationship, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills, and ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

    • Highly effective communication standards through oral, written, and presentation mediums

    What Can Give You an Edge (Additional Skills)

    • MBA or Master's Degree in related field

    • Clarity PPM/Target Process/Apptio

    • Experience in Planning/Budgeting specifically for technology
