    As a Global Process Owner (GPO), you will be part of a high growth team that drives a best-in-class planning process that is globally standardized, efficient, and delivers meaningful insights for J&J. We co-create, connect & frame, and continually advance J&J's connected planning process. You will become part of a global finance team and be the primary process owner across the Balance Sheet and Tax Planning processes with partnerships across Corporate, Commercial, Supply Chain, and R&D for the entire J&J Enterprise. A successful GPO will come to deeply understand the connected planning process and leverage those insights to influence & shape the future & culture of J&J Finance.

    Responsibilities

    • DRIVING INNOVATION:

    o Implementing best-in-class planning processes and tools in support of all functions and regions across the J&J enterprise.

    o Key partner in driving the continuous improvement and lessons learned processes for the Balance Sheet and Tax Planning areas

    • INFLUENCING & SHAPING:

    o Driving adoption of SigniFi Planning Principles and increasing the maturity of Anaplan baselines for planning cycles

    o Becoming a trusted, go-to business partner for the global J&J Enterprise that deeply understands the end-to-end planning process for all regions and functions

    • BUSINESS PARTNERING:

    o Leveraging key experience & insights with cross-functional and global organizations to drive efficiencies, standardization, & technological adoption

    o Leading business partners through dynamic changes, collaborating across the organization to deliver enhanced reporting & analytical tools

    Qualifications

    Required

    • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in finance, accounting, or related business

    • A minimum 3 years of progressive finance, accounting, or business experience

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required to successfully work in a global, matrixed team environment

    • Ability to work independently, lead through ambiguity, and drive aligned outcomes

    • Up to 10% travel

    Preferred

    • MBA, CPA, CMA and/or other advanced degrees or financial certifications

    • Previous finance transformation experience/exposure

    • Experience with Analysis for Office, Anaplan, or other digital skills (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
