    Job Summary

    As the Senior Facilities Manager, Strategy, Innovation, and Governance you will have a pivotal role in spearheading the discovery and implementation of groundbreaking solutions to address complex challenges. As a seasoned professional, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation, overseeing pilot programs, and strategically guiding the implementation of cutting-edge initiatives to solve problems. This role demands a visionary thinker with a proven track record of successfully navigating the intersection of strategy and execution.

    Responsibilities

    • Engage with external companies and strategic partners to identify and explore innovation solutions that solve our various sectors' critical business issues.

    • Lead pilot discovery, development and tracking specific to innovation solutions which includes end-to-end project management.

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of innovation initiatives.

    • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of new solutions.

    • Develop and maintain close partnership and engagement with hard and soft service subject matter experts, supplier partners, sourcing and operations leaders to ensure clear understanding of evolving business needs and objectives.

    • Work with operations leaders to translate ideas and strategies into successful projects.

    • Regularly report on the progress of innovation projects to leadership.

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform the innovation roadmap.

    • Partner with sourcing team to identify third party supplier innovation opportunities.

    • Host monthly sessions presenting new innovation opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of relevant work experience driving innovation and governance

    • Experience and knowledge in Integrated Facility Management

    • Experience launching program strategies to implement new process models in an organization.

    • Ability to communicate, motivate and interact with all levels of the organization.

    • Influence without direct authority with the ability to manage up and across the organization.

    • Deep understanding of Change Management

    • Financial and commercial literacy

    • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    • A desire to drive change and make an impact.

    • Ability to travel.
