    As a Senior Executive Assistant, you are recognized as a top expert in your field, handling the most complex and high-impact operational and administrative tasks within the organization. You provide critical support and guidance, ensuring that all administrative operations run seamlessly.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage top-level executive communications, including highly sensitive data.

    • Coordinate and manage complex, multi-executive schedules and calendars.

    • Plan and oversee comprehensive business travel, including high-stakes and international itineraries.

    • Develop, implement, and optimize advanced administrative policies and practices.

    Skills

    • Expert Office Applications: Exceptional proficiency in all features of Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Strategic Executive Communication and Collaboration: Ability to handle and manage top-level communications and collaboration with stakeholders

    • Advanced Problem-Solving: Expertise in resolving the most complex administrative issues, being able to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed

    • High-Stakes Precision: Unparalleled attention to detail in critical documentation.

    • Mentorship: Proficiency in guiding and supporting junior associates.

    • Strategic Process Implementation: Skills in developing and implementing high-level administrative processes.

    Travel: less than 5%

    Compensation:

    Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA:: $76,350 - $105,700
