Contributions
As a Disruption Designer , you will be responsible for guiding government clients through our Design Intelligence™ framework incorporating human-centered and design thinking methods to focus on the people impacted by transformation and change engaging them to embrace and adapt to new ways of working while identifying and mitigating areas of resistance.
Responsibilities
Participate
in all aspects of discovery to
understand:
client mission

goals;
stakeholders,

and their ecosystems; current state journeys; user segments; program

Conduct workshops and interviews to
frame pain points

opportunities

Develop and deploy communication plans

in partnership with key stakeholders and their customers

Develop, deploy, and measure key performance indicators

Collaborate and communicate stakeholder and user needs on a cross functional team within an agile environment
Understand and embrace the specifications and constraints of a given technology, platform and/or operational environment

all deliverables across a variety of projects

Experience working
in a
project-based environment
Degree, equivalent experience, and/or certification in change management

work experience in or with the federal government
Previous
work experience as a consultant
Experience in
Human-Centered Design / Customer Experience
Design
Experience working on multi-disciplinary

teams including Service Designers, UX and UI designers, technologists, data scientists, engineers, and solution architects

Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $180,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
