    Your Role

    The Senior Director VinLog Eastern Hemisphere (Pacific Lions) drives growth by identifying and securing new strategic customers and managing these relationships to achieve business volume and revenue goals. Acting as an industry expert, the role coordinates internal resources to deliver comprehensive logistics solutions and maximize value creation. The key focus of this role is to drive and execute future growth for VinLog, ensuring alignment with the broader Kuehne+Nagel strategy.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Oversee strategic customers, drive organic growth, and identify expansion opportunities.

    • Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships to ensure business success.

    • Align customer and company leadership to foster strong executive connections.

    • Ensure alignment between Procurement and market expectations.

    • Act as a subject matter expert in the logistics characteristics of the assigned market.

    • Lead strategic business planning and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    • Meet or exceed revenue and volume targets, driving consistent growth and profitability.

    • Manage a network of internal resources to optimize service delivery and value creation.

    Your Skills and Experiences

    • Apprenticeship or vocational training in forwarding or a related field

    • Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or equivalent logistics experience strongly preferred

    • 5+ years of experience in Sea Logistics and Sales, with a minimum of 2+ years in Drinks Logistics

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
