The Opportunity

The Sr. Director, SAP Platform will be responsible to steward enterprise SAP platforms for on-premise and cloud. Your primary objective will be to ensure the availability, scalability, and optimal performance of our SAP systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. This role will encompass strategic planning, technical oversight and global team leadership to deliver best-in-class SAP platforms.

What you'll be able to do?

This person will

• Oversee the management and administration of enterprise SAP platforms (ECC and S/4 HANA), including on-premise and cloud environments.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for SAP platform operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the availability, scalability, and performance of SAP systems.

• Steward platform deliverables for ECC to S/4 HANA migration and S/4 HANA on-premise to cloud.

• Lead a team of SAP Basis, Security and Master Data professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their growth and development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements and support future growth.

• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of SAP services.

• Define and enforce best practices, standards and policies for SAP platform management, security, and governance.

Functional & Technical Knowledge The minimum requirements we seek

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

• 10+ years experience in SAP platform management (including ECC and S/4 HANA), with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.

• 5+ years' experience in SAP Basis administration, including system monitoring, performance tuning and troubleshooting.

• 5+ years' experience with SAP security principles and best practices, with experience implementing and maintaining robust security controls.

Our preferred requirements

• Proficiency in Master Data Management (Informatica experience preferred), with a solid understanding of master data governance frameworks and processes.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate global teams to achieve excellence.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Relevant certifications in SAP and Google cloud preferred.

• Experience working in a global, Fortune 100 company or similar enterprise environment is highly desirable.
