    We are hiring a Senior Director, Revenue Growth Management in our Bloomington, MN corporate office. In this position you will lead the development and coordination of our revenue growth management strategy across all channels (drug, dollar, club, grocery, mass, and e-commerce). This strategy includes ownership of price strategy, price pack architecture, promotion strategy, mix managements, and trade strategy. The revenue growth management team will work closely with the national customer account teams and the marketing teams to drive the strategies across all brands and categories.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute against a multi-year price package architecture and trade strategy to achieve continual improvement in net price realization across all selling channels.

    • Determine right price, right format, right pack by occasion, mission, and channel.

    • Develop a multi-year pricing plan to capture the full potential of our brands in each segment, category, and channel.

    • Define overall promotional approach by category and brand.

    • Establish annual volume targets, along with pricing and trade spending plans.

    • Develop RGM tools that enable comprehensive analytics, insights, tools and training across the organization.

    • Establish measurement and scorecards to track progress against revenue growth management key initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred

    • 10+ years of related experience (preferably in CPG or retail trade industry with HQ strategy and commercial experience). Experience in a customer facing role (ex. Account Management or Category Management) is a plus

    • Strong analytical background with prior knowledge in trade optimization programs and trade expenditure policies

    • Excellent strategic agility and critical thinking skills

    • Authentic leader: direct communicator, and ability to develop and motivate a team

    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the ability to re-direct efforts based upon shifting demands

    • Experience working with syndicated data (IRI or Nielsen) preferred

    Compensation and Benefits:

    The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 annually with eligibility for a 35% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
