    Senior Director, Product Management - Oracle Payments

    Location: United States

    Travel: 25%

    The Oracle Payments team works with various business units in Oracle to bring new payment offerings (B2B2C & B2B) to market across the many industries Oracle serves.

    The Role

    This is a high-visibility and high-impact role that will help shape our future business, products and enable growth. As a Sr. Director of Product Management, you will help define and execute strategies for large, ambiguous product areas. You will help lead a team of product managers to use data, research and experimentation frameworks to maximize impact to customers and drive favorable business outcomes. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across all cross-organizational functions to deliver results. It requires the ability to build trusting and influential partnerships with leaders in engineering, industry groups and their customers.

    You should also have a track record of influencing and presenting to senior business and technology leaders and driving delivery of critical initiatives at the highest levels. Strong executive communication, customer engagement, and business analytics skills are essential.

    The model candidate should have technical depth, architectural know how, passion for building world class teams and demonstrated ability to balance work across initiatives. You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn.

    Successful candidates must be able to

    • lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products to address key business and technical problems

    • manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks

    • establish a long-term product strategy and partner with leaders and stakeholders to regularly drive alignment, secure resources and overcome impediments.

    • work in an environment with a significant number of unknowns - both technically and functionally

    • develop frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and help drive consensus towards an actionable plan.

    • foster a strong agile discipline and inspiring teams to continuously improve delivery

    • partner with Technology leaders to influence end-state architecture and drive scalable, secure, resilient, and performant solutions.

    • maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

    • manage a team of product managers and leaders, while also expanding and standardizing existing product work streams

    • lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    • set clear goals and performance expectations and provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members.

    • foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication across teams.

    • represent the product function in executive leadership discussions and provide strategic input on company-wide initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of fintech, Payments (B2C, B2B) product leadership experience required

    • 10+ years of experience in an enterprise software product management

    • 6+ years of experience in people management, including hiring, managing, and developing leaders and individual contributors

    • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital financial products in a competitive market.

    • Strong understanding of B2C and B2B trends, technologies, regulatory environments, and customer needs.

    • Present at industry conferences, panels, and customer and internal events

    • Fantastic analytical skills; ability to solve problems quickly, analyze data, establish frameworks, and generalize solutions.

    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive results across all levels of the organization.

    • BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.

    US: Hiring Range: from $160,000 to $338,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
