    To help us achieve our objectives, growth, and transformation, we are seeking a Senior Director, Business Transformation to report to the CVP of Cloud Infrastructure Solutions & Services (CISS) and lead the development and execution of strategic programs and processes for the organization. The focus will be on working with the CVP to formulate long-term strategic plans, drive process optimization and improvements, and ensure rigorous and disciplined strategic change execution, delivered in harmony with day-to-day performance excellence.

    This is a significant role in terms of scope, responsibility, and influence - you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and senior network of stakeholders globally and lead a team of 10-15 people. Leadership dexterity, strategic planning experience, and an unrelenting community, end-user, and customer focus along with the ability to execute at pace and with empathy are crucial to success in this role.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategic Program Planning: Support the development of a multi-year roadmap, working closely with the CVP and all key stakeholders, and coordinate its execution, governance, and ongoing review to ensure that the division is in sync with and supporting the broader goals and mission of CO+I and Microsoft.

    • Process Excellence: Deliver process optimization, identifyprocess improvements , strategically evaluate and prioritize projects, and monitorprocess adoption and performance across the broader organization

    • Solution Design : Provide consultation and advice to the team around strategic analysis and solutioning, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement and execution planning

    • Business Change : Partner with the CVP and Leadership Team members to define, diagnose and execute business change activities that ensure the successful implementation of CISS strategic plans.

    • Research, Reporting, and Insights : Identify key research themes, insight requirements and critical business metrics that are required to help guide, challenge and measure success of the strategic and operational plans, and put in place the methods and formats to ensure regular and adhoc delivery requirements are met.

    Qualifications

    Required/Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience

    • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 6+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience

    • OR equivalent experience.

    • 2+ years experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Finance.

    • 2+ years people management experience.

    Other Requirements:

    • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

    Additional or Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 15+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience

    • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 12+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience

    • OR equivalent experience.

    • 6+ years experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Finance.

    • 5+ years people management experience.

    Business Strategy M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $154,500 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $199,600 - $299,400 per year.
